Adobe stock traded lower before the Xetra session on Wednesday, November 4, 2026. The real-time quote of Adobe stock traded at 211.53 euros on Lang & Schwarz at 08:42 CET on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, 4.00 percent below the Xetra close of Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Adobe's subscription model remains the foundation of the business. Trefis reported that Adobe sells software subscriptions including Acrobat and that its Digital Media segment generated USD 17.6 billion of the company's USD 23.8 billion fiscal 2025 revenue. The research also said Adobe generated operating cash flow equal to 41.6 percent of revenue over the four quarters through August 2026.
Growth Versus AI Investment
Investors are weighing the durability of Adobe's recurring-revenue growth against the company's push into artificial intelligence. Trefis said AI-first products generated more than USD 650 million in ending annual recurring revenue, up more than 150 percent year over year, while total ending annual recurring revenue stood at USD 27.5 billion. Adobe's fiscal 2026 target calls for 10.2 percent growth in total ending annual recurring revenue.
The next quarterly report is scheduled for December 9. That update should give investors a fresh read on AI monetization, free-user conversion and the pace of subscription growth.
Broader trading in the S&P 500 may also shape sentiment toward large software companies before the US market opens.
