OHB Slides 6% as MediaMobil Stake, Mainz Test Rig Sign-Off and Board Share Awards Stack Up
Published on 10/29/2026 at 18:20 | Editorial boerse-global.deOHB SE shares fell 6.0% on Tuesday, with media reports pointing to profit-taking after a strong rally rather than any damaging corporate disclosure. No negative company news was immediately apparent behind the retreat.
The pullback comes a day after the Bremen-based space group said it had agreed a strategic partnership with MediaMobil Communication GmbH and would take a 25% stake in the business through a capital increase. OHB did not disclose a purchase price in its announcement. Satellite communications is the strategic focus the company attaches to the holding, tying the equity investment to a broader working relationship between the two firms.
Berenberg Keeps the Faith
Berenberg reaffirmed its buy rating on OHB on Tuesday with a price target of 358 euros, according to media reports. The broker made neither a re-rating nor a change to its target.
Separately, mandatory disclosures published on 23 October showed share allocations to OHB management board members Tim Tecklenburg, Markus Moeller and Daniela Schmidt. The transaction date was 20 October and the shares formed part of their compensation; they were not open-market purchases.
