Result of General Meeting 18 March 2025: Metro Bank Holdings PLC (the “Company”) announces that, at the General Meeting of shareholders held earlier today, Resolution 1 was passed as an Ordinary Resolution. Resolution 2 was passed as a Special Resolution. The results of the poll voting on all resolutions are summarised below.
