Kuros Biosciences is expanding both its top line and its underlying profitability at the same time — a combination that has nonetheless failed to win over investors so far this year. The Swiss medical device maker closed yesterday at €22.58, down 24% since the start of 2026, a decline that sits awkwardly beside the growth outlook the company has spent the past fortnight raising.

Guidance Raised on the Back of Nine-Month Momentum

Roughly two weeks ago, Kuros lifted its revenue growth forecast for fiscal 2026 to 36–40%, citing the continued strength of the business. The upgraded target rests on results already on the books: medical device sales of USD 141.8 million for the first nine months of 2026, a 40% increase over the same period a year earlier.

Profitability has tracked that expansion. Adjusted EBITDA for the nine-month stretch climbed 68% to USD 20.6 million, translating into an adjusted EBITDA margin of 14.5% — a figure Swiss news agency AWP also reported alongside the interim numbers. The company has likewise raised its target for the adjusted EBITDA margin to more than 14.5%.

Those nine-month figures are reported results for the 2026 period. The full-year guidance, by contrast, remains a company expectation until the annual accounts are published.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Kuros Biosciences?

Alpharetta Plant Already in Commercial Production

Underpinning the operating story is the manufacturing footprint. Kuros confirmed roughly two weeks ago that its Alpharetta facility began commercial production of MagnetOs in October 2026. The announcement marked an accomplished production start rather than a plan for future commissioning.

On the personnel side, Adam Wollowick joined as Chief Medical Officer just over a week ago. A former Stryker executive, he brings spine surgery, clinical research and corporate leadership experience to the medical leadership role and now sits on the company's executive team.

Two April Dates Back to Back

Investors will get the next hard data point on 3 March 2027, when Kuros is scheduled to publish its 2026 annual report. A trading update for the first quarter of 2027 follows on 13 April 2027, with the annual general meeting set for the day after, 14 April 2027.

Kuros Biosciences at a turning point? This analysis reveals what investors need to know now.

Until the March release, the gap between the raised guidance and the stock's year-to-date slide leaves shareholders weighing accelerating sales and a 14.5% adjusted EBITDA margin against a share price that has yet to reflect either.
