Shareholders in the London-listed junior miner are being told to sit tight rather than scramble for their brokers' phone lines this week, as the company executes the final leg of a corporate overhaul that swaps its identity — but not its strategy.

Trading in Kirkstone Metals shares ground to a halt on Frankfurt and Xetra on Friday, August 7, 2026, a deliberate pause coordinated with exchange operators to smooth the transition into Radiant Uranium Corp. The European suspension is purely administrative, paving the way for a 1:1 share exchange scheduled for Monday, August 10, under which every existing Kirkstone share will convert automatically into one Radiant Uranium share. In most cases, no manual action will be required from investors.

The rebranding marks the culmination of a multi-step restructuring that began with the company's departure from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of trading on August 5. A day later, Radiant Uranium Corp. made its debut on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker "RUC," with management citing a more flexible regulatory environment as the driving force behind the listing switch. The move, according to CEO Clive Massey, is designed to streamline future acquisitions and portfolio expansion without the bureaucratic drag of the previous venue.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Kirkstone Metals?

The first session on the CSE offered a measure of validation for the new structure. Shares closed at C$0.16, up 6.9 percent from the final TSXV close of C$0.14, having touched an intraday high of C$0.20. The company currently counts 41,216,666 shares outstanding.

What hasn't changed is the operational playbook. Radiant Uranium remains squarely focused on three exploration assets in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin, a district renowned for hosting some of the world's highest-grade uranium deposits. The flagship Key Lake Road Project spans more than 5,500 hectares in the vicinity of the established Key Lake mine and its milling complex. The Gorilla Lake Property adds nearly 7,000 hectares within the Carswell geological structure, while the Douglas River Project rounds out a portfolio positioned in one of the most significant uranium belts on the planet.

The name change, management says, better reflects the company's alignment with the global energy transition and the rising demand for nuclear fuel. It also dovetails with the current development phase of the projects and forthcoming financing decisions. The company has already launched a private placement aimed at raising up to US$2 million, with proceeds earmarked for electromagnetic airborne surveys and diamond core drilling.

For investors, the calendar now points firmly to August 10, when the automatic conversion completes and full trading resumes under the Radiant Uranium banner.
