Antimony Resources Wins Buy Rating as Bald Hill Grades and Dual Financing Push Take Shape
Published on 10/16/2026 at 15:41 | Editorial boerse-global.deGBC AG has issued a buy recommendation on Antimony Resources, setting a price target of C$2.52 in a research note published Friday. The study was commissioned by the company rather than produced as independent editorial coverage.
Trading desks showed little immediate reaction to the rating. The stock changed hands at EUR0.1920, a modest gain of 0.8%, though it has surrendered roughly 40% since the start of the year.
Drill Results Underpin the Bull Case
At the heart of the analyst assessment sits the Bald Hill exploration project, where Antimony Resources has reported striking intercepts from the so-called Main Zone. Individual samples returned grades as high as 21.45% antimony, contained within a broader interval averaging 4.36% over 13.0 metres.
Management says the findings extend the higher-grade mineralisation southward from the existing core area toward the Central Zone. The data feed into preparations for a maiden resource estimate — a document the industry treats as the benchmark for quantifying a project's geological potential under internationally recognised standards.
Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Antimony Resources?
Two Funding Tracks Running in Parallel
Financing the drill programme has required fresh capital on two fronts. A completed flow-through placement delivered gross proceeds of C$5.0 million through the issuance of 10,638,300 shares priced at C$0.47 each, with those funds earmarked specifically for exploration and development at Bald Hill.
A second equity measure is still in the pipeline. Under a proposed private placement, Antimony Resources aims to raise up to $3.0 million by issuing as many as 10.0 million units at $0.30 per unit. Each unit bundles one common share with half a warrant, and a full warrant entitles the holder to acquire one additional share at C$0.50 over a two-year window. The transaction remains at the planning stage and has not yet closed.
The company is working toward wrapping up the non-brokered placement by 21 October 2026, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals arriving in time. Beyond exploration, the proceeds would also reinforce general working capital.
Leverage for Investors, Optionality for the Company
Structuring the raise through units with a warrant component hands investors extra upside exposure should the share price climb, while preserving for the company the prospect of further cash inflows if the warrants are exercised during their two-year life.
The two financings together are designed to keep field activities running without financial interruption. The drilling campaigns target data gaps in the Main Zone, clearing the path toward that first resource estimate.
Antimony Resources at a turning point? This analysis reveals what investors need to know now.
Market Context
The stock found its footing a day earlier, closing at EUR0.1905 for a moderate daily gain of 1.6%. That stabilisation came shortly after the paper touched a fresh 52-week low of EUR0.1505.
Attention now centres on confirmation of allocations and approvals ahead of the 21 October deadline. What matters most for the share price from here is how quickly the company can convert funded drilling metres into a resource estimate solid enough to justify the analysts' optimism.
