Antimony Resources Nears C$3 Million Placement Close as GBC Reaffirms Buy Call and Bald Hill Drills Spin Up
Published on 10/17/2026 at 18:10 | Editorial boerse-global.deAntimony Resources is steering toward a busy stretch on two fronts at once: the books on its latest private placement are shut, and the rigs at Bald Hill are set to turn again in a fortnight. The stock finished Friday's session at EUR 0.2050, a gain of 7.6% on German trading venues, with the company offering no specific explanation for the move.
Attention now fixes on 21 October, when the financing is scheduled to close. The non-brokered private placement covers up to 10,000,000 units priced at CAD 0.30 apiece, targeting gross proceeds of up to CAD 3,000,000. According to the company, the order book is fully subscribed and was taken down in its entirety by a single strategic mining investor.
Each unit bundles one common share with half a warrant. Every whole warrant carries a two-year term from closing and entitles its holder to buy one further share at CAD 0.50. Completion remains subject to customary regulatory approvals, and the proceeds are earmarked for advancing the Bald Hill exploration project as well as general working capital.
Drilling Set to Resume Within Two Weeks
On the ground, Antimony Resources is preparing the next operational phase at Bald Hill. Crews are due back at the site in two weeks, with several rigs deployed at the outset. The campaign is designed to chase the higher-grade mineralization further south toward the neighbouring Central Zone.
Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Antimony Resources?
The program builds on encouraging numbers. Hole BHW-26-19 in the Main Zone averaged 4.36% antimony across 13.0 metres, a section that included massive high-grade spikes of up to 21.45% antimony. Within that same interval, cores returned 21.45% antimony over 1.10 metres and 15.0% antimony over 0.8 metres. Confirming continuous zones of this kind is a prerequisite for eventual resource estimates — in the antimony space, what counts is sustained grades over economically meaningful widths. Should the southern extension be proven, the project's overall geological model would be materially strengthened.
GBC Keeps Buy Rating, Trims Fair Value
A research note published yesterday saw GBC reiterate its buy recommendation on Antimony Resources with a price target of CAD 2.52. The analysis house noted at the same time that its fair value per share now sits below the prior level. With a market capitalization of EUR 26.56 million, the Canadian resource explorer remains a tightly held small-cap.
Funding for the work has come through more than one channel. A completed flow-through financing generating gross proceeds of CAD 5,000,000 bolstered the company's liquidity, complementing the placement now nearing its close. For exploration companies, a dependable supply of capital is the bedrock of operations — continuous field programs and laboratory work chew through substantial sums, and the money raised gives the company room to run its exploration steps without slipping behind schedule.
Timetable Hinges on October Closing
Whether the equity measure completes on 21 October as planned will determine how much liquidity Antimony Resources has to push the Bald Hill drill program toward its intended resource model. Investors will be watching both the restart of drilling and the assay results that follow, since the campaign's ability to add lasting value to the project rests on those future numbers and on how far the known zones can be extended.
