The Austrian steel and technology group Voestalpine is implementing a significant strategic overhaul to position itself for future growth. This repositioning involves a dual focus: capitalizing on promising international opportunities while simultaneously addressing challenges in its core automotive business. Financial Position and Upcoming Capital Market Activity

A key short-term event for the company is its planned issuance of a convertible bond, scheduled for the second half of March.
