Proactive Financing Secures Long-Term Liquidity

In a key January transaction, Urban Edge Properties successfully secured new unsecured credit facilities totaling $950 million. This proactive refinancing initiative significantly enhances the company's financial flexibility and extends its debt maturity profile.
