The company obtained the AIUC-1 certification on Monday, establishing new security benchmarks for autonomous AI agents within automated workflows. As the market digests this technological development, investor attention is firmly fixed on Wednesday's upcoming quarterly results.

Earnings Anticipation Builds

The AI announcement arrives during a period of pressure for the stock. In today's trading session, UiPath Registered (A) shares declined by 3.86% to €9.89, extending the year-to-date loss to approximately 27%. All eyes are now on Wednesday evening, when the company is scheduled to publish its fourth-quarter and full fiscal year 2026 figures after the U.S. market close.

A key focus will be whether the firm can maintain its trajectory toward sustained profitability, following its first-ever GAAP profit reported in the third quarter. Management previously provided revenue guidance for the final quarter in a range of $462 million to $467 million. The performance of the annual recurring revenue (ARR) metric will be particularly crucial for assessing the subscription model; forecasts project ARR to reach between $1.844 billion and $1.849 billion.
