The publicly traded chapter for Syneos Health has officially closed. The biopharmaceutical services provider has been delisted from the Nasdaq exchange following the completion of a multi-billion dollar acquisition by a private equity consortium. A group comprising Elliott Investment Management, Patient Square Capital, and Veritas Capital finalized the takeover on September 28, 2023. The deal carried an enterprise value of approximately $7.1 billion, which included the assumption of the company's outstanding debt.
