The company finalized a capital raise on April 2, 2026, generating gross proceeds of approximately 2.00 million Canadian dollars. This was achieved through the issuance of roughly 1.16 million units, each priced at 1.73 CAD. Every unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant grants the holder the right to acquire an additional share for 1.75 CAD within a two-year period.

These funds are earmarked for advancing exploration on the nearly 7,000-hectare Star property. Management has identified five distinct porphyry targets across the asset, which will be the focus of the planned 2026 drilling season. The exploration strategy is informed by a substantial historical database, including over 16,000 meters of prior drilling, which provides a technical foundation for the new campaign.
