Spring Hill Exploration Success Points to Major Resource Growth for PC Gold

Recent drilling outcomes from the Spring Hill gold project in Australia’s Northern Territory indicate a substantial expansion of the known mineralized system. The latest data suggests the geological structure extends significantly beyond previous boundaries, raising questions about the potential impact on the economics of a planned open-pit operation.
Extending the Strike and Uncovering High Grades
A key highlight from the recent campaign is drill hole SDH25-026. This hole intersected a 14.9-meter section averaging 3.84 grams of gold per tonne (g/t) from a depth of 143.1 meters. Within that intercept, a high-grade core of approximately one meter returned an exceptional result of 30.6 g/t gold.
Critically, the discovery of visible gold in this area confirms the main mineralized zone continues for an additional 80 meters to the south. This extends the deposit's total strike length beyond the previously documented 400 meters. To date, the field team has completed seven of the 18 holes planned in this extension program. Company management now believes a total southern extension of up to 500 meters is possible for the overall system.
Implications for Project Economics and Planning
The structural expansion has direct consequences for mine planning. Because the newly identified zone sits entirely within the existing pit shell design, the inventory for the proposed open pit can be increased without requiring a major enlargement of the excavation area. This scenario has the potential to materially enhance the overall project's profitability.

Further news flow is anticipated in the coming months as the full scope of the project is evaluated. Pending laboratory results for the separate Macau and Hong Kong zones are scheduled for release in the second quarter of 2026.
