Strategic Advantages and Upcoming Work

Holding over 1,500 square kilometers of land, Searchlight employs a prospect-generator model to manage its portfolio. This approach allows multiple projects to advance simultaneously by seeking partners, thereby distributing financial risk. The company's assets benefit from strong regional logistics, including proximity to processing centers in Saskatoon and established uranium mills in the Athabasca Basin.

For the upcoming summer 2026 exploration window, the company has already submitted the necessary permit applications. This work is designed to define precise target areas for future drilling campaigns, with the ultimate goal of establishing an initial formal mineral resource estimate.

A Dual-Pronged Gold Strategy

The company's gold strategy is progressing on two parallel tracks:

• Robinson Creek Project: Searchlight is advancing this project with a two-phase plan. The program involves detailed surface mapping followed by a drilling campaign. The objective is to validate historical data along the Mosher Lake Shear Zone, a geological structure considered key to identifying potential gold deposits suitable for open-pit mining.
• Rio Gold Mine: This asset is approaching a critical operational milestone. Searchlight is preparing to regain access to the underground ramp of the Rio Gold mine, which has been inactive since the late 1980s and is located near Creighton. This step is essential for collecting fresh samples and conducting an on-site evaluation of the high-grade gold mineralization structure. Technical teams are currently preparing the site for operational readiness.

Portfolio Management and Forward Path

Beyond its gold focus, Searchlight continues to manage its broader resource portfolio. This includes the Bear Lake rare earth elements project and its uranium and copper assets in the Athabasca Basin, for which it is actively seeking development partners.

The planned re-entry into the Rio Gold mine will soon provide the physical foundation for a comprehensive re-evaluation of the gold potential there.
