Quantum eMotion acquires SKV Technology, merging its SecureKey cryptographic software with the Sentry-Q QRNG hardware to create a full-stack quantum-resistant security solution.

In a move to bolster its cybersecurity offerings, Quantum eMotion has completed the acquisition of key technology assets. The company announced this Friday that it has purchased 100% of the shares in SKV Technology Inc. This transaction serves as the vehicle for integrating cryptographic frameworks, originally developed by Jet Lab Technologies, directly into Quantum eMotion's operational ecosystem.

Building a Comprehensive Security Architecture

The acquisition centers on the "SecureKey" cryptographic software platform. Quantum eMotion's technical strategy is now focused on merging this newly acquired software with its proprietary "Sentry-Q" platform. This creates a synergistic pairing: Sentry-Q provides hardware-based quantum random number generator (QRNG) capabilities, while SecureKey delivers the corresponding software layer for encryption.

By fusing hardware-based QRNG with advanced software cryptography, the company is constructing a defensive barrier. The stated objective is to deliver a full-stack security architecture designed to be resilient against threats posed by future quantum computers.

Targeting High-Security Sectors

The combined architecture is intended to secure all layers of digital infrastructure, from cloud environments and corporate networks to end-user devices and chip-level security.
