Quantum eMotion Achieves Major Milestone with NYSE American Listing
27.02.2026 - 12:00:49 | boerse-global.deQuantum eMotion Corp. has successfully transitioned its primary U.S. trading venue from the OTCQB to the NYSE American exchange. This strategic uplisting, which became effective this Tuesday, represents a significant corporate development aimed at enhancing the company's visibility and accessibility within the American investment community.
A Strategic Move for Broader Investor Access
The listing on the NYSE American is viewed as a pivotal component of the firm's U.S. growth strategy. By moving to a more established national exchange, Quantum eMotion intends to attract a wider base of institutional and retail investors, thereby potentially improving liquidity and market recognition. The financial advisory firm Yorkville Securities, LLC facilitated the listing process.
Revised Trading Structure and Ticker Symbols
With this change, the company’s shares now trade on three separate exchanges under distinct symbols. In the United States, the equity is listed with the ticker “QNC” on the NYSE American. It continues to be traded on the TSX Venture Exchange in Canada, also under “QNC”. Meanwhile, on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany, the security is identified by the symbol “34Q0”.
Concurrently, trading on the OTCQB market has been terminated. The company has advised shareholders who previously purchased shares through the OTCQB to verify their brokerage accounts to ensure holdings are correctly reflected under the new NYSE American ticker.
Core Technology: Quantum-Driven Cybersecurity Solutions
At the heart of Quantum eMotion's business is its proprietary Quantum Random Number Generator (QRNG) technology, designed for advanced cryptographic applications. Unlike conventional algorithmic generators, a QRNG leverages the inherent unpredictability of quantum mechanics to produce truly random numbers. This foundational technology aims to create more robust encryption and secure communication protocols by generating sequences that are virtually impossible to predict.
Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Quantum eMotion?
The company’s product portfolio includes Sentry-Q, a cloud-based platform for quantum-resistant cybersecurity during high-speed data transfer, alongside the QRNG2 hardware, the eWallet for physical cryptocurrency storage, and QxEaaS (“Entropy as a Service”). Corporate communications frequently highlight ongoing validation efforts, including independent security audits, quantum attack simulation studies, and progress toward achieving FIPS 140-3 validation for a Quantum Crypto Module through a NIST-accredited laboratory.
In terms of strategic development, Quantum eMotion has announced a collaborative alliance with Jmem Technology focused on creating a quantum-resistant System-on-Chip.
Looking Ahead
The primary objective of the NYSE American listing is to facilitate access to a deeper and broader pool of U.S. capital. This move is designed to strengthen the company's financial foundation as it continues to advance and commercialize its suite of quantum-resistant security technologies.
