A significant new contract has provided a boost for Plug Power Inc. The hydrogen technology company secured a Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) agreement to supply a 275-megawatt PEM electrolyzer system for Hy2gen Canada's Courant project. This development propelled the company's equity to a five-day high, registering a gain of 7.33 percent.

Operational Progress Underpins Sentiment

On the operational front, there are signs of stabilization. For the fourth quarter of 2025, Plug Power reported its first positive gross margin of 2.4 percent. The firm's full-year 2025 revenue surpassed the $700 million threshold, indicating that recent efficiency initiatives are beginning to yield results.

Looking ahead, CEO Jose Luis Crespo is scheduled to host an "Ask Me Anything" session on Reddit on April 16, 2026. This event is intended to outline the company's strategic direction and detail key project milestones, potentially offering greater transparency for interested investors.
