This substantial infusion, finalized through a convertible note offering on November 21, provides the hydrogen technology leader with urgently needed operational breathing room and dramatically improves its balance sheet.

The capital injection enabled immediate and decisive action to strengthen the company’s financial foundation. Management utilized the proceeds to completely eliminate all high-interest debt, which had previously burdened the company with exorbitant interest rates reaching 15%.
