Ondas Holdings raises revenue forecast, but a $102M paper gain from warrant revaluation fueled recent profit. The firm targets $170M+ in 2026 revenue via acquisitions and defense JVs.

Ondas Holdings is accelerating its growth strategy, presenting investors with an upgraded revenue forecast and ambitious long-term objectives just ahead of its final annual report. A closer examination of the financials, however, reveals that a significant portion of its recent profit surge stems from an accounting adjustment rather than operational performance.

Following an impressive rally exceeding 1,000% over the past year, the share price has recently consolidated, closing Friday's session at €8.73. Operationally, management now anticipates fourth-quarter 2025 revenues between $29.1 million and $30.1 million, lifting the full-year projection to approximately $51 million. The company's communicated improvement in profit outlook is largely attributable to a revaluation of warrants. This special accounting effect contributed around $102 million—a non-cash, paper gain. Financially, the firm remains well-positioned with $551 million in liquid assets at the turn of the year and an additional billion-dollar capital increase scheduled for January 2026.

Strategic Acquisitions Fuel Expansion Plans

This substantial capital reserve is being deployed directly to expand market presence. Through the acquisitions of Rotron Aerospace and INDO Earth Moving, Ondas has strategically bought operational capacity. In the defense sector, the company has also formed the joint venture ONBERG Autonomous Systems with Heidelberg. This partnership aims to develop autonomous drone defense systems specifically intended for deployment in Germany and Ukraine. This aggressive expansion strategy culminates in a steep forecast: for the 2026 fiscal year, Ondas is targeting revenue in the range of $170 to $180 million.

Operating in a High-Stakes Market

The market environment for drones and corresponding counter-drone technology remains highly dynamic, attracting substantial government investment. Notably, competitor Skydio recently secured a $52 million contract with the US Army at a remarkable pace. Simultaneously, the US Department of Defense has established a $20 billion framework plan for AI-driven defense software. This sustained demand for autonomous surveillance and defense infrastructure provides the necessary tailwind for Ondas's planned revenue leaps.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Ondas Holdings?

Investors will be listening closely for specific details during a management conference call scheduled for Wednesday, March 25. Beyond the exact figures for the past fiscal year, market participants will likely focus on concrete updates regarding the integration of recent acquisitions and the operational roadmap for achieving the ambitious 2026 revenue targets.
