Ondas Holdings is executing a targeted expansion of its defense and autonomous systems portfolio. The company has completed two strategic acquisitions, securing new propulsion technology from the United Kingdom and establishing full ownership of a key Israeli defense subsidiary. These moves are designed to solidify the market position of its Ondas Autonomous Systems division.

Full Ownership Secured in Israeli Defense Unit

In a parallel transaction, Ondas has acquired the remaining 30% stake in Chirokka Holding, the parent company of Israeli defense specialist 4M Defense. This purchase gives the corporation complete control over the entity. The consideration was paid through the issuance of approximately 353,000 new shares, supplemented by potential performance-based payments of up to $1.4 million, also to be settled in equity.

This acquisition strengthens operational control over a subsidiary that has recently demonstrated convincing performance. Consolidating ownership is expected to streamline strategic decision-making for this important defense technology arm.

Propulsion Technology Acquisition Broadens Capabilities

The company's expansion includes the purchase of Rotron Aerospace, a British firm. This integration brings specialized propulsion technology for unmanned aerial systems (UAS) into the Ondas portfolio. Rotron focuses on developing engines for long-range autonomous aircraft, with particular expertise in vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) models.

For Ondas, this represents a significant enhancement of its technical capabilities and establishes a firm foothold in the UK market. The company intends to leverage this base to further advance its autonomous systems business segment.
