The company has announced a substantial bond issuance designed to secure funding for its most ambitious development initiatives. This capital raise comes at a crucial moment as OMV navigates its extensive corporate transformation.

OMV has revealed plans for a dual-tranche bond offering that could inject fresh capital totaling up to one billion euros into company coffers. The arrangement consists of two separate bond tranches, each valued at €500 million. Financial institution Societe Generale will serve as stabilization coordinator for the issuance, with pricing expected to be finalized by December 10.
