The company, in collaboration with partners including Collins Aerospace, has commenced the testing phase for high-power hybrid-electric drive components. This work is part of the EU-funded SWITCH project. The current trials focus on motor-generators with a two-megawatt capacity and specialized high-voltage systems, which are considered foundational hardware for future, lower-emission aircraft engines.
