LanzaTech Global has entered into a strategic collaboration with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to establish the inaugural Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) production project in Oman. The initiative, announced today, will leverage the company’s proprietary carbon recycling platform to convert industrial waste gases into ethanol, which will subsequently be upgraded into jet fuel.
