Intellistake's AI Agent Goes Live, Marking Commercial Pivot

Intellistake's AI investor relations assistant goes live for PowerBank, marking a shift to revenue and a major contract milestone. A second BI platform is in development.

The first AI-powered investor relations assistant from Intellistake Technologies is now operational on the website of Nasdaq-listed PowerBank Corporation, signaling a critical shift from software development to revenue generation for the company. The system, which went live on April 8, 2026, provides users with structured, dialogue-based access to corporate news and financial reports in real-time.

This deployment culminates a multi-month process that began with a structured beta test in November 2025, followed by roughly three months of Proof-of-Concept work. Liam Harpur, VP of Technology and Development at Intellistake, called the live activation a "significant proof point," demonstrating the company's ability to guide a concept to a production-ready deployment for a major exchange-listed client. The successful delivery represents the first major milestone under a broader contract with PowerBank valued at 278,000 Canadian dollars.

The agreement encompasses two distinct platforms. The now-live communications agent is the initial component. Attention now turns to the second, named IntelliScope. This internal multi-agent business intelligence framework is designed to streamline PowerBank's workflows through automated data aggregation and operational reporting. Development is reported to be fully on schedule.

A specific initial use case for IntelliScope is already defined: supporting PowerBank's core business of developing renewable energy projects in the United States. The system is intended to help identify optimal project sites, assess eligibility for federal and state-level funding, and analyze regulatory conditions.

Beyond the initial development phases, the contract includes an option for a multi-year subscription, which could establish a recurring revenue stream for Intellistake following the completion of Phase 1. The decision to exercise this option is likely to depend heavily on the progress of the IntelliScope platform in the coming weeks.

For Intellistake, a functioning system with a Nasdaq client serves as a vital reference to attract other publicly listed companies for similar structured AI integrations. The operational progress provided a modest boost to the company's shares, which traded 4 percent higher at 0.28 euros. This uptick follows a challenging period that saw the stock lose over 60 percent of its value since the start of the year.
