Healwell AI expands globally with a major Middle East government healthcare contract, leveraging its Orion Health acquisition, following two profitable quarters and record Q3 2025 revenue.

Healwell AI Inc. has achieved a significant milestone in its global growth strategy by securing its inaugural contract to provide artificial intelligence solutions within the Middle East. The client is a major government-operated healthcare network, marking a strategic entry into a new geographic region. This development coincides with the company's ongoing North American rollout and a scheduled series of appearances at prestigious investor conferences, building on a foundation of two consecutive profitable quarters.

Strategic Shift and Financial Performance Underpin Expansion

The company's recent strategic pivot is now yielding tangible results. Healwell reported a record $30.4 million in revenue for Q3 2025, alongside an adjusted EBITDA of $0.7 million. This marked its second successive quarter of profitability. A key component of this refocus was the November 2025 divestiture of the Polyclinic Group to WELL Health Technologies Corp., completing Healwell's exit from clinical operations. The firm is now exclusively dedicated to its healthcare SaaS platforms and AI applications.

Full financial results for the fourth quarter and the entire 2025 fiscal year are anticipated around March 24, 2026.

Middle East Contract Leverages Orion Health Acquisition

The new Middle Eastern contract represents the first major commercial validation of Healwell's acquisition of Orion Health, completed in November 2024 for approximately NZ$175 million. The client is already part of the Orion Health network, providing an immediate channel for expansion. This acquisition granted Healwell access to a global dataset encompassing over 150 million patient records, a resource now being leveraged for commercial gain.

With this agreement, Healwell now maintains active projects across three key regions: Canada, the United States, and the Middle East.

Technology Suite Gains Traction Across North America

Concurrently, Healwell is systematically deploying its AI product suite in its core North American markets. Current implementations include a patient identification solution within a U.S. health system, a signed contract for its Smart Search tool with a Canadian provincial health authority, and the live use of Smart Summary in a Canadian clinical setting.

The technological backbone is the award-winning DARWEN™ platform, recipient of the 2025 Prix Galien Award. This unified engine integrates AI capabilities from Khure Health and Pentavere. The platform continues to expand its coverage of medical conditions and is slated for a North American launch with Amadeus AI in the first half of 2026, with international expansion planned for late 2026.

In a complementary move, Healwell and WELL Health launched the WELLTRUST™ platform on February 19, 2026. This initiative uses AI and patient-controlled consent to identify highly qualified participants for clinical trials in a privacy-compliant manner.
