Green Bridge Metals is advancing two distinct exploration projects within Minnesota's prolific Duluth Complex, a strategy buoyed by a supportive macroeconomic environment for copper. As the company awaits assay results from one site, regulatory progress is accelerating at its flagship asset.

Market Context and Share Performance

A structural tailwind for copper developers emerged in early April, with the London Metal Exchange (LME) price reaching $12,138 per tonne. Analysts at China Securities forecast a global supply deficit exceeding 100,000 tonnes by 2026, a situation potentially exacerbated by trade disruptions linked to U.S. tariff policy. This backdrop is particularly advantageous for a company like Green Bridge Metals, which holds substantial undeveloped copper resources.

Reflecting this optimism, the company's shares have appreciated approximately 125% since the start of the year, closing at CAD $0.22 on April 1. The 52-week high stands at CAD $0.38. Key near-term catalysts include laboratory results from the Titac South project and advancements in the permitting process for the Serpentine project, both anticipated within the current calendar year.

Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Green Bridge Metals?

Serpentine Project: Permitting Advances and Expanded Drilling Plans

The company's primary focus, the Serpentine project, is seeing momentum in its regulatory phase. Applications for six new drill sites are currently under review with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Green Bridge Metals has scheduled an initial diamond drill program for the second half of 2026, comprising six to ten holes totaling 2,000 to 2,500 meters. The work will be conducted by Foraco, the contractor presently engaged at Titac South.

Serpentine already boasts a defined mineral resource estimate: 21.6 million tonnes of indicated resources grading 0.46% copper, plus 279.9 million tonnes of inferred resources at 0.37% copper. The upcoming campaign is designed to be broader in scope than previous efforts. It will include a full multi-element analysis, assessing platinum group metals and cobalt—elements not currently included in the resource model. The strategic objective is to complete a Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) within the next 18 months.

Titac South: Visual Indicators Await Laboratory Confirmation

At the Titac South prospect, the first three holes of a planned six-hole program—TS26-002a (309 m), TS26-003 (410 m), and TS26-005 (477 m)—are complete, totaling 1,196 meters drilled to date. Visual inspection of the core has identified both copper and titanium mineralization. Ilmenite has been consistently logged within the oxidized ultramafic intrusion, which correlates to a derived resource of approximately 46.6 million tonnes at 15% TiO?.

The core samples have now been dispatched to a laboratory for assay. The company has stated it will only release specific grade information after receiving and verifying the certified analytical results.
