Graphite One Inc. has taken a significant step to enhance liquidity for its investors by applying to list 20 million warrants on the TSX Venture Exchange. These warrants, issued as part of a recently finalized financing round, are expected to commence trading in early March, providing shareholders with an additional, tradable instrument.

Financing and Strategic Deployment

The company successfully closed a public offering on February 18, 2026, raising gross proceeds of CAD 35 million. This total includes the full exercise of an over-allotment option granted to the underwriters. The net capital from this financing is earmarked for advancing Graphite One's integrated supply chain project for graphite-based battery materials. Planned uses include design, engineering, and the procurement of equipment for its proposed production facility.

Each warrant listed will grant the holder the right to purchase one common share of Graphite One at an exercise price of CAD 2.25. The warrants will have a term of 36 months from the closing date of the offering. Subject to final approval by the TSX-V, trading is anticipated to begin on March 3, 2026, under the symbol GPH.WT.A.

Strengthening Community and Corporate Strategy

In a parallel development aimed at bolstering its operational framework, Graphite One announced a key executive appointment on February 26, 2026. Lucille Carter has joined the company as Vice President of Community Relations. Previously serving as Senior Vice President at the Bering Strait Native Corporation, Carter brings extensive experience in managing regional stakeholder engagements. She will operate from the company's office in Anchorage, Alaska.

This appointment supports Graphite One's overarching strategy to establish a complete, U.S.-based graphite supply chain. The company's plan is anchored by its Graphite Creek resource in Alaska, identified by the U.S. Geological Survey as the nation's largest known graphite deposit. The downstream processing of this material is planned for a dedicated facility in Ohio.

The combination of new capital, the upcoming warrant listing, and strategic hires underscores Graphite One's continued progress toward developing a domestic source for critical battery anode materials.
