A favorable vote would transition Goldsky to the sole owner of the project and formally confirm Agnico Eagle as the controlling entity. The deadline for proxy voting has already passed, highlighting the significance of recent trading activity. Securing complete ownership is viewed as an essential prerequisite for advancing the project into its next Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) phase, targeted for 2026.

Concurrent Progress in Finnish Operations

The winter drilling campaign at the Rajapalot gold-cobalt project is well underway, with four diamond drill rigs having already extracted over 6,000 meters of core samples. This achievement represents approximately 61% completion of the planned 10,000-meter program. The initiative aims to expand known resources within the Palokas and Raja zones while testing new regional targets. Operations are slated for conclusion before the end of April.
