The financial structure is divided into four distinct tranches, incorporating a mix of both fixed and variable interest rates. This design, along with staggered maturity dates and extension options, is intended to grant the investor—Price Brothers—enhanced flexibility for future acquisitions or property upgrades. Greg Duvall of the intermediary firm Northmarq emphasized that such a framework delivers long-term planning certainty, which is particularly valuable in a competitive financing environment.
