The Finnish company has partnered with specialist firm Sensofusion to tackle a critical challenge on modern battlefields: the mutual interference between tactical communications and counter-drone, or jamming, systems. Addressing a Critical Operational Vulnerability

For defense forces, the powerful signals emitted by anti-drone systems have historically posed a significant operational risk, as they can disrupt or even disable their own tactical communications. Initial field tests conducted by the partners have now successfully demonstrated that Bittium's tactical radio solutions can operate simultaneously with Sensofusion's jamming technology without interference.

The validation specifically involved Bittium's TAC WIN system and its Tough-SDR radios, proving that stable communication links are achievable even in highly contested electromagnetic environments.
