FACC Shares Surge on Strong Earnings and New Aviation Contract

FACC shares surge after reporting record €984.4M revenue for 2025, a 50% jump in EBIT, and a major new contract with Embraer, fueling its 2026 growth outlook.

After a geopolitically-driven decline at the start of the week, FACC's equity staged a powerful recovery on Wednesday. The stock climbed 10.9%, propelled by robust operational figures and a significant new order, bringing it close to its recent peak levels.

Operational Efficiency Drives Record Performance

The catalyst for this upward move is the company's preliminary 2025 results, which highlight a clear rebound in the aviation sector. Revenue increased by 11.3% to a record €984.4 million. The operational performance was even more striking, with EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) soaring by nearly 50% to reach €42.3 million.

A key factor behind this enhanced profitability is the "CORE" efficiency program. This initiative has allowed the group to maintain a stable workforce of approximately 3,900 employees despite significant growth. Consequently, the EBIT margin improved markedly from 3.2% to 4.3%.

Strategic Confidence with 2026 Outlook

Investor confidence received a further boost from a new contract with aircraft manufacturer Embraer for the production of business jet components. This win supports management's outlook for the current fiscal year 2026, which targets additional revenue growth of between 5% and 15%. This forecast already incorporates known industry headwinds, such as limited engine availability in the civil aviation segment.

Following Wednesday's closing price of €14.56, the 52-week high of €15.42 reached on February 27 is now back within sight. Trading more than 23% above its 50-day moving average, the equity is in a solid upward trend. The future trajectory of the share price will largely depend on whether the anticipated improvements in profitability are confirmed in the upcoming quarterly reports.
