Direxion Shares ETF Trust has completed the liquidation process for this leveraged exchange-traded fund, removing it entirely from the financial marketplace. This tactical investment vehicle, which launched in June 2021, lasted only a few years before its closure.

A Specific Investment Strategy Comes to an End

The fund was designed to deliver twice the daily performance of the BlueStar Travel and Vacation Index. Its portfolio targeted companies operating across several travel and leisure segments, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, online travel booking platforms, and theme parks. Trading of the ETF on the NYSE Arca exchange was officially halted at market close on July 24, 2025. Following this delisting, the trust initiated the process of winding down the fund's assets.
