Regulatory technology provider Diginex has finalized a significant four-year reseller agreement with Resulticks, a specialist in AI-driven customer engagement. The partnership is projected to generate $40 million in revenue for Diginex. Concurrently, discussions regarding a potential merger of the two entities continue, with the coming weeks expected to provide critical direction.

The core of this collaboration centers on Resulticks actively marketing and selling Diginex's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability software platforms to its corporate client base. The initiative will target high-growth regions, including the United States, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and India. Key industry verticals are retail, consumer goods, technology, and financial services.

In a related financial development, an existing obligation has been restructured. An $8 million debt owed to Diginex by Resulticks will now be repaid in four equal installments of $2 million each, with the final payment scheduled for the end of September 2026.

Merger Discussions Progress Alongside Deal

While launching this commercial partnership, both companies are actively negotiating a potential business combination. The fundamental terms of a possible transaction are reportedly agreed upon, and talks are currently underway with several providers to secure debt financing for the deal. Diginex has clarified, however, that reaching a final agreement is not guaranteed.

To capture immediate value from the relationship, joint marketing and sales efforts have already commenced.

Latest Move in Broader ESG Expansion

The Resulticks agreement represents another strategic component in Diginex's ongoing expansion within the sustainability sector. This follows the company's acquisition of climate software firm PlanA.earth in early January 2026 and the signing of a joint-venture framework agreement to support ESG infrastructure development in Brazil's Mato Grosso state. The new reseller partnership provides Diginex with enhanced distribution capabilities in crucial global markets and potentially establishes a strategic ally for more ambitious future growth.
