Robust Operations Underpin Positive Outlook

The fundamental case for Deutsche Telekom remains strong. The company reported an adjusted EBITDA of €10.8 billion for the final quarter of 2025, surpassing market expectations. Furthermore, management's guidance for the current fiscal year is more optimistic than prior market estimates, targeting an operating result of approximately €47.4 billion.

This operational strength has not gone unnoticed by institutional analysts. Leading investment banks have recently revised their price targets upward:

The first tranche of the current share repurchase program is approaching its conclusion at the end of March, with €550 million earmarked for buying back the company's own stock. Since the beginning of the year, Deutsche Telekom has already repurchased over 13 million shares, a action typically supportive of the share price.

Secondly, the Annual General Meeting on April 1 will see shareholders vote on a management proposal to increase the dividend by eleven percent to €1.00 per share.
