Regulatory Oversight and Capital Adjustments

The company recently addressed transparency issues flagged by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). At the regulator's request, Cult Food Science corrected and resubmitted several contracts and reports. As a consequence, the firm's name will appear on a public list for deficient filings for a three-year period.
