CSG Strengthens European Supply Chain with Strategic Polish Acquisition

CSG N.V. bolsters its European supply chain by acquiring DOMAR MS, a Polish maker of military cable systems, just before its first post-IPO financial results announcement.

In a strategic move ahead of its annual results announcement tomorrow, Thursday, defense and industrial group CSG N.V. has taken a decisive step to bolster its manufacturing capabilities. The company has entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire Polish specialist DOMAR MS, a producer of critical cable systems for military and industrial applications. This acquisition underscores CSG's proactive strategy to reinforce its European supply chain networks amid a dynamic market environment.

First Post-IPO Fundamental Test Coincides with Expansion

This operational development comes at a pivotal moment for the company's equity. CSG made its debut on Euronext Amsterdam in late January. Following a modest decline of just over five percent on a monthly view, the share price closed at €28.27 on Tuesday.

The upcoming release of its full-year 2025 financial results tomorrow represents the first major fundamental assessment since its stock market listing. The planned Polish purchase, announced just prior, reinforces management's stated commitment to actively consolidating its industrial footprint within the European defense sector through targeted mergers and acquisitions.

DOMAR MS Acquisition Provides Strategic Leverage

The planned takeover marks the first acquisition in Poland for CSG's subsidiary, CSG Polska. DOMAR MS manufactures cable harnesses and switchgear cabinets, and distributes electrical connectors used directly in defense systems. The operational benefit for the parent company is clear: integrating the Polish manufacturer into CSG's global structure will reduce dependencies on critical components.

Management has already outlined concrete investment plans for the new site. Production capacity is slated for a rapid increase to fulfill existing commitments and process new, long-term defense contracts. DOMAR MS will receive the full technological and financial backing of the entire CSG group to facilitate this growth.
