Critical Infrastructure Expands European Investor Outreach with New Campaign
11.03.2026 - 05:57:59 | boerse-global.de
Critical Infrastructure is launching a significant push to broaden its investor relations footprint across Europe. This expansion is marked by a new collaboration with the Bremen-based agency Plutus Invest and Consulting GmbH, effective immediately. The partnership reinforces the company's growing operational activities on the continent.
Strategic Agreements and Operational Momentum
The decision to amplify its European marketing coincides with a series of recent strategic and operational achievements for the company. These developments provide substantial context for the new campaign.
In late February, Critical Infrastructure signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Denmark's largest defense technology firm, Terma A/S. The agreement focuses on integrating radar systems into autonomous communications platforms. This was preceded by the company receiving a Dual-Use Innovation Certificate from the Latvian Ministry of Defence. This certification unlocks access to project financing of up to 3 million euros for a planned manufacturing site in Liep?ja.
Further solidifying its European presence, the company also entered into a letter of intent with Polish defense manufacturer H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. for deployments along NATO's eastern flank.
Beyond Europe, Critical Infrastructure secured its first international sale of this platform architecture in late January. A communications and surveillance unit is slated for delivery to the Tanbreez project in Greenland, with shipment planned for May 2026. Adding to its intellectual property portfolio, the United States Patent and Trademark Office granted a patent in late February for the company's mobile radio station architecture. This patent protects a containerized communications solution featuring a scissor lift mast and a hybrid energy system.
Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying Critical Infrastructure?
The upcoming Greenland delivery and active Nordic partnerships will put the company's strategy to the test in the second quarter of 2026, indicating whether these agreements will translate into concrete revenue.
Details of the European Campaign
The new phase of investor outreach is formalized under a consulting contract dated July 16, 2025. This agreement has an initial term of twelve months. A fee of 100,000 euros has been set, with an option to extend the campaign for an additional 100,000 euros. The primary objective is to cultivate a wider base of investors within the European market.
Plutus will operate independently from Critical Infrastructure in executing this campaign. All activities will be subject to standard regulatory disclosure requirements.
