Commercial Launch and Revenue Surge Put 01 Quantum in the Spotlight

The long-awaited commercial debut of 01 Quantum’s post-quantum security vault has finally arrived, and investors are voting with their wallets. Shares of the cybersecurity specialist jumped 11.83 percent on Wednesday to €0.34, pushing the stock roughly eight percent above its 50-day moving average. Wednesday’s move, however, was no mere rumor-fuelled spike — it followed the company’s confirmation that its flagship product qVAULT is now commercially available.
Built on the proprietary IronCAP encryption platform and developed in collaboration with the qLABS Foundation, qVAULT functions as a self-custody smart-contract vault designed to shield digital assets from the looming threat of quantum-computer attacks. The software runs on existing blockchain infrastructure via dedicated APIs, offering a pragmatic upgrade path for decentralised finance systems already in use. Earlier this year, in February, 01 Quantum had already launched the qONE token, a fee unit for security services across blockchains. qVAULT now completes that ecosystem with a monetisable protective layer.
The product’s rollout marks another step in the company’s accelerating commercialisation push. A strategic partnership with a Canadian IT consultancy has seen 01 Quantum serve as the subject-matter expert for integrating quantum-resistant architecture into public-sector projects. That deal, alongside licensing revenue from the DoMobile product in Japan, helped drive second-quarter revenues to roughly $668,000 — a more than sixfold increase from the $103,000 reported in the same period a year earlier. The rapid growth came at a cost, however, with a net loss of nearly $328,000 recorded for the quarter ended April 30, 2026. Management maintains a cash cushion of about $2.9 million to fund further expansion.
Should investors sell immediately? Or is it worth buying 01 Quantum?
Despite the upbeat trading session, the stock remains 61 percent below its 52-week high of €0.86, and the relative strength index sits at a neutral 51 — neither overbought nor oversold. The upcoming catalyst comes on December 10, when 01 Quantum delivers its fiscal third-quarter earnings. Those results will offer the first real test of whether the Canadian partnership and the qVAULT commercial launch are beginning to translate into measurable sales. For now, the technological foundations are in place; the heavy lifting lies in scaling customer adoption.
