CleanGo Innovations is intensifying its commitment to its core expertise in sustainable remediation. Recent independent laboratory tests have validated the high efficacy of its flagship product, MycoSet™, in degrading oil-based pollutants. Concurrently, the company is streamlining its portfolio, having terminated a planned acquisition to concentrate resources on a global marketing push.

Strategic Refocus Precedes Global Rollout

In a move underscoring strategic discipline, CleanGo Innovations' subsidiary, Kubera Black, has decided against proceeding with the acquisition of Freia Farmaceutici Srl. This decision was communicated on March 9, 2026, following the completion of due diligence. An initial non-binding letter of intent for the deal had been in place since December 2025.

Management cited a misalignment with the company's core growth model as the primary reason for stepping away. The focus is now squarely on capital efficiency and accelerating time-to-market. CleanGo is prioritizing opportunities that provide immediate leverage for its global expansion strategy without tying up resources over the long term.

Breakthrough Test Results Underpin Expansion

The strategic shift coincides with a significant technological validation. Recent testing conducted by the East Kelowna Agritech Society has delivered a major milestone for the MycoSet™ product line. Certified laboratory tests demonstrated its capacity to significantly accelerate the biodegradation of petroleum-based contaminants.

In tests involving diesel, untreated systems showed degradation rates of only 18 to 25 percent. Samples treated with MycoSet™, however, achieved rates between 65 and 72 percent. The contrast was even more pronounced with bitumen: control sample activity remained below five percent, while the remediation product enabled degradation of up to 40 percent.

This validation against international OECD standards provides the foundation for a worldwide commercialization effort, now launching in partnership with AgritechBC Solutions. The results significantly broaden the company's potential in rehabilitating contaminated soil and water systems.

Multi-Front Advance into Key Markets

CleanGo's international expansion is already underway across several fronts. The export of its industrial cleaner, CG-100, to Argentina commenced in January 2026. For the rollout of the MycoSet™ series in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region, leadership has been assigned to CleanGo Arabia LTD. Furthermore, a February agreement in Cyprus has set the stage for establishing the "CleanGo Marine" brand.

The company is positioning itself within a growing market for sustainable industrial solutions. Its strategy combines a now-validated technology platform with a targeted focus on high-margin regions like the Middle East and South America.
