Cincinnati Financial Corporation has announced another rise in its quarterly cash distribution, continuing a multi-decade commitment to returning capital to shareholders. The insurer’s board approved an 8% hike in the dividend, setting the stage for a 66th consecutive year of annual dividend growth.

The declared dividend of $0.94 per share represents an increase from the previous $0.87. Shareholders of record as of the market close on March 24, 2026, will receive the payment on April 15, 2026. In a statement, Chief Executive Officer Stephen M. Spray linked the decision to the firm’s financial strength and its ongoing strategic execution, which focuses on supporting independent agents and cultivating internal talent.
