Driven by accelerating demand for its artificial intelligence products, CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings has achieved a significant financial landmark. The company’s annual revenue crossed the one-billion-dollar threshold for the first time in its latest fiscal year, setting the stage for ambitious growth targets in 2026.

A Milestone Year Powered by AI

The company’s management hailed 2025 as a milestone year following its strong performance. For the full year, revenue climbed 12% to reach $1.057 billion. The fourth quarter alone saw sales of approximately $278 million, representing a 13% year-over-year increase.

A key contributor to this growth was the scaling of its SaaS platform and the successful integration of AI-based solutions. These products alone contributed close to $100 million to the annual revenue, underscoring their rapid adoption.

Operational Efficiency and Shareholder Returns

Profitability metrics remained robust, benefiting from the company’s operational efficiency. The full-year adjusted EBITDA came in at $436 million, resulting in an impressive adjusted EBITDA margin of 41%.

In a clear signal of confidence in its financial strength and future prospects, CCC announced a new $500 million share repurchase program. Of this total, $300 million is allocated for an accelerated buyback of common stock.

Forward-Looking Guidance for 2026

Looking ahead, management has provided concrete financial targets for the current fiscal year, 2026. The company anticipates full-year revenue to land between $1.147 billion and $1.157 billion. For adjusted EBITDA, the forecast is set between $477 million and $485 million.

The first quarter of 2026 is expected to generate revenue in the range of $273.5 million to $275.5 million. These projections are based on the continued momentum of digital transformation and the further implementation of AI-driven processes within the vehicle insurance claims and repair ecosystem.
