The company recently secured approximately $10.2 million in new capital over a four-month period to fund its activities in Brazil, the United States, and Canada.

Capital Raise and Market Reaction

The fresh funding of $10.2 million was assembled through multiple tranches. This included a $4.613 million financing round from a LIFE offering and a non-brokered private placement. According to the company, these funds are earmarked for project development, land commitments, and general working capital.

Despite this financial strengthening and ongoing project work, the company's shares have faced significant pressure. In the last 30-day period alone, the stock declined by approximately 39%, trading near its 52-week low. Market sentiment appears to weigh the dilutive effect of the recent capital measures more heavily than the reported exploration advances.

Multi-Continent Exploration Initiatives

Operational focus is currently centered on two ion-adsorption clay drilling programs in Brazil. At the Turvolândia project, initial auger drilling returned grades exceeding 6,000 parts per million (ppm) total rare earth oxide (TREO). These promising results came from a 350-meter phase of the program. The remaining 650 meters of drilling are now underway, with assay results anticipated within six to eight weeks. Concurrently, an early-stage program has commenced at the Patos project.

In the United States, efforts are concentrated on geophysical modeling work at the Iron Hills Alkaline Complex in Colorado. For the Great Divide uranium project in Wyoming, the team is reviewing historical data to design future exploration steps.

The three Canadian projects—Schryburt Lake, Garrow, and Waterslide, all located in Ontario—are progressing through various stages. These include technical studies, permitting processes, and consultations with First Nations communities.
