Antimony Resources Sets Sights on Resource Milestone While Expanding Drill Footprint

The calendar is filling up fast for Antimony Resources. With the final drill rods pulled from the ground at its Bald Hill project in New Brunswick, the company is now racing toward two closely spaced milestones: a maiden resource estimate and an immediate follow-up drilling campaign designed to stretch the known mineralization well beyond the main zone.
First Resource Estimate on the Horizon
The definition drilling program wrapped up on April 28, 2026, after delivering 25,000 meters of data from the Bald Hill Main Zone. Samples are now being processed at Activation Laboratories in Ontario, with results expected three to four weeks after program completion. SRK Consultants of Toronto has been tapped to calculate the first certified mineral resource estimate, with a target release in late April or early May 2026.
A previous technical report outlined a conceptual target of roughly 2.7 million tonnes grading between 3% and 4% antimony. The company is careful to note this figure remains unconfirmed — it is not a defined mineral inventory but rather an exploration target.
High-Grade Hits Expand the Picture
The completed program delivered standout intercepts that have already reshaped the geological model. Drill hole BH-25-34 — one of the deepest and most northerly holes in the campaign — cut 4.38% antimony over 7.05 meters, including a high-grade interval of 9.76% over 3.15 meters. These results have been fed into an updated 3D mineralization model that shows the Main Zone remains open in all directions, extending over 600 meters and reaching depths beyond 400 meters, with average zone widths between four and five meters.

New Drilling Campaign Begins in May
The pause between programs will be brief. Starting in mid-May, Antimony Resources will launch a fully funded 11,000-meter drilling campaign targeting satellite zones that have seen little systematic exploration. The priority areas include the Marcus West Zone, where stibnite outcrops extend up to 11 meters in thickness, the BH Central Zone, where trenching returned 2.8% antimony over 8.1 meters, and the BH South Zone, where samples showed 9.04% antimony over 2.6 meters and 12.32% over 1.7 meters.
Further afield, roughly three kilometers south of Bald Hill, soil sampling on the Second Run Claim Block identified three anomalous areas with antimony concentrations ranging from five to forty times natural background levels, based on more than 550 samples.
The company is also preparing a summer exploration program that will include prospecting and trenching on several newly acquired claim blocks. Twelve additional claim units have been staked to the west and south of the existing project area, targeting interpreted extensions of fault zones.
Strategic Metal in a Tight Market
Antimony's status as a critical mineral — recognized by both the US and the EU — underpins the project's strategic importance. The metal hit an all-time high of $59,750 per tonne on July 4, 2025, before easing to roughly $51,800, a level still more than 170% above early 2024 prices.
China has temporarily suspended its export restrictions on critical minerals to the US, a measure that runs through November 2026. Whether this signals a lasting détente remains uncertain, but it underscores the supply-chain vulnerabilities that make domestic sources attractive.

Financing and Market Position
The company's treasury got a boost in February when warrant exercises brought in more than C$1.2 million, supporting ongoing exploration. At the Canadian Securities Exchange, shares last closed at C$1.00, while on Tradegate the stock finished at €0.660 on April 30, up 4.43% on the day.
GBC AG initiated coverage in April 2026 with a buy rating and a C$3.00 price target, citing New Brunswick's mining-friendly regulatory environment as a clear competitive advantage. The stock has pulled back from its mid-March all-time high of C$1.65, with technical resistance now sitting at C$1.35.
The Year's Defining Event
For all the drilling activity, the single most important event of 2026 remains the first official mineral resource estimate from SRK Consultants. Until that report is delivered, the project's valuation rests on expectations rather than measured reserves. With the estimate expected within weeks, Antimony Resources is about to cross the line from explorer to project developer — and the market will be watching closely.
