Antimony Resources Nears Key Project Milestone with Summer Results Expected

Investors in Canadian exploration firm Antimony Resources are watching the calendar closely. The company is advancing toward a significant inflection point for its Bald Hill project, with a current drilling campaign scheduled for completion in April. This work will pave the way for the project's inaugural official resource estimate, a critical step in valuation.
Favorable Market Dynamics and Strong Finances
The company's progress comes amid a powerful tailwind from global commodity markets. A major supply squeeze has propelled antimony prices dramatically. As the dominant producer, China has tightened export controls, causing prices to surge from approximately $13,500 to nearly $60,000 per tonne. Market researchers project that global demand, fueled by the military and solar sectors, will expand to over $2 billion by 2034.
Financially, Antimony Resources is well-positioned to execute its plans. Following a December 2025 financing round and the exercise of warrants, the company secured nearly CAD $11 million in fresh capital. Its exploration budget for the current year is set at a modest CAD $3 million, indicating a substantial runway.

Significant Mineralization Extended at Bald Hill
Recent operational updates from New Brunswick, Canada, have provided further encouragement. Teams working approximately 30 meters south of the initial discovery site in the Marcus Zone have exposed substantial antimony mineralization in bedrock. The high concentration observed in these samples closely resembles that of the project's already-identified main zone.
Notably, this western section of the Marcus Zone was only discovered accidentally in January during road construction, significantly expanding the area's potential. Alongside surface work, the company continues a systematic sub-surface campaign. Of a planned 10,000-meter drill program, 6,500 meters have now been completed. Internal reports have previously outlined a conceptual target for the main zone of around 2.7 million tonnes, grading between 3% and 4% antimony.
Independent Estimate to Follow Drilling Completion
To transform these internal concepts into a formally recognized resource, Antimony Resources has engaged Toronto-based SRK Consultants. The independent experts will prepare the official resource estimate once all data is collected. With the remaining drilling slated to finish in April, and final laboratory assay results typically taking three to four weeks thereafter, a steady flow of news is anticipated through the summer months.
The convergence of a fully funded exploration program, a geopolitically-driven price surge, and impending project milestones sets the stage for a pivotal period. The conclusion of drilling and the subsequent analysis by SRK Consultants provide clear, scheduled catalysts for the market to assess the Bald Hill project's fundamental value.
