The company, in partnership with its subsidiary The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), has finalized the acquisition of the Hilton Garden Inn located in New York's Tribeca neighborhood for a purchase price of $69 million.

AMTD Digital has announced plans to fundamentally reimagine the property, which will be rebranded as the AMTD IDEA Tribeca Hotel. The core strategy involves transforming the building into what the company describes as the world's first "Art Newspaper House."
