In response to the unexpected vacancy at its highest level, Amagvik AG has called a special shareholder meeting. The real estate specialist aims to solidify its governance structure on April 21, following the sudden passing of its board chairman in January.

A Timely Transition Plan

The company has nominated two individuals to fill the leadership gap, signaling a strategy that blends internal continuity with fresh external perspective. Invitations for the April gathering were dispatched on March 20, providing investors with the standard one-month notice to review the proposals. Proposed Leadership Combines Experience

For the role of board president, Amagvik has put forward Joelkis Rosario, a current member of the supervisory board. The company is also proposing the election of a new board member, Hero M. Eden.

Hero M. Eden brings decades of experience in trade and industrial consulting, including a prior leadership role at Trading Company GmbH. His specific background in real estate development is expected to be leveraged to advance the company's portfolio of residential properties.

A Mandate for the Interim
