Financial Performance Highlights Deep Challenges

This strategic shift comes as a direct response to a stark deterioration in the company's financial health. Preliminary figures for the 2025 fiscal year reveal a precipitous drop in performance. Revenue contracted by nearly 17 percent to approximately €364 million. The situation is even more acute at the operating level: EBITA collapsed to just €14 million, a dramatic fall from €55.5 million in the prior year.

Management attributes this decline to a combination of lower gross earnings and significant one-off costs linked to restructuring efforts. Substantial investments required for the group's own digital transformation also weighed heavily on the bottom line. Even when adjusted for these special effects, the operating result of around €20 million would have remained far below the previous year's level.

The core of this collaboration involves qualifying management personnel to harness technological disruptions. The objective is explicit: professionals who acquire AI competencies through the new courses are to be directly matched with companies seeking that specific expertise. Investor Confidence Erodes as Shares Hit Decade Low

The market's reaction to the financial data and the new strategic direction has been overwhelmingly negative. Investor confidence appears severely shaken. The share price continued its relentless long-term downward trajectory, touching a new ten-year low of €24.40 in recent trading. From its 52-week high of €93.40, the equity has now shed almost 74 percent of its value. The intense selling pressure is further illustrated by the stock's current position more than 52 percent below its 200-day moving average.
