ALUULA Composites is taking formal steps to strengthen its engagement with the investment community. The company has initiated a strategic move to professionalize its shareholder communications, a development aimed at building a more structured and visible presence among financial stakeholders. Agreement Terms and Regulatory Status

The company has entered into an agreement with the consultancy Bristol Capital Ltd., a partnership set to commence on March 1, 2026. Announced yesterday, the contract has an initial term of one year and is designed to provide comprehensive investor relations (IR) support. This establishes a dedicated framework for managing the company's external financial communications throughout the engagement period.

A standard regulatory condition applies to the implementation of this agreement. The granting of stock options, a component of the compensation package, requires approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Such a review is a customary step for incentive arrangements involving external service providers. The formal confirmation from the exchange is viewed as the next necessary step for the stock options to take effect.

Compensation Structure Details

The financial arrangement with Bristol Capital is comprised of two key elements. The firm will receive a fixed monthly fee ranging between 7,000 and 14,000 Canadian dollars.

In addition to the cash payment, the agreement includes equity-based incentives. ALUULA has granted Bristol Capital a total of 100,000 stock options. These options carry an exercise price of CAD $3.30, which matches the previous day's closing share price. They come with a five-year term and are subject to a four-year vesting schedule. One-quarter of the options will vest after the first year, with the remainder vesting on a monthly basis thereafter.

With the operational start date of March 1, ALUULA Composites is positioning its external communication as a higher corporate priority.
