The news emerges as the company's shares, trading under the ticker BRANICKS, attempt to stabilize following a prolonged period of weakness. The stock closed Thursday's session at €1.41. While it has managed to post a gain of approximately 9.1% over the past seven trading days, the longer-term trend remains challenging.

Since the start of the year, the share price has declined by more than 23%. The considerable distance to a sustained recovery is highlighted by the 200-day moving average, which currently stands at €1.90. This indicates the price continues to trade well below this key long-term trend indicator. Market observers will be watching to see if the shares can sustainably break through the psychologically significant €1.50 level in the coming weeks. Details of the Voting Rights Adjustment

The change stems from a recent mandatory disclosure. The stake held by investor Prof. Dr. Gerhard Schmidt dropped to 24.91% of voting rights as of the reporting date of March 31, 2026. This represents a decrease from his previous holding of 28.23%. Importantly, this reduction did not result from an active sale of shares. Instead, it was triggered by the expiration of a power of attorney through which Schmidt controlled a portion of the voting rights.

Schmidt continues to hold his investment indirectly via DIC Opportunistic GmbH and TTL Real Estate GmbH. However, by falling below the 25% mark, he has formally lost his blocking minority, or Sperrminorität. This status had granted him the power to individually block important resolutions, such as amendments to the company's statutes or certain capital measures.
