TAT Technologies stock was trading at USD 37.50 on Nasdaq on September 24, 2026 at 3:26 p.m. ET, down 1.76 percent, while Q2 2026 revenue reached USD 52.9 million. The company also announced a hydrogen-electric aircraft collaboration on September 14, 2026, giving the aerospace supplier a new application for its thermal management systems.
Revenue rises 22.8 percent
According to TAT Technologies, revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2026, increased to USD 52.9 million from USD 43.1 million in Q2 2025. The 22.8 percent gain came with gross profit of USD 13.3 million, compared with USD 10.8 million one year earlier.
H1 2026 revenue totaled USD 94.1 million, up 10.4 percent from USD 85.2 million in H1 2025. The figures show that the second quarter supplied most of the half-year expansion, making delivery execution and customer demand central to the next report.
One-time gain lifts reported EPS
Reported net income rose to USD 8.1 million from USD 3.4 million in Q2 2025, while diluted EPS increased to USD 0.61 from USD 0.30. The result included a USD 4.3 million net-of-tax gain from the sale of a minority interest.
Excluding that item, adjusted net income was USD 4.66 million and adjusted diluted EPS was USD 0.35, compared with USD 3.44 million and USD 0.30 in Q2 2025. Adjusted EBITDA reached USD 7.4 million, up 22.7 percent year over year, but operating cash flow for the quarter was negative USD 0.562 million.
Thermal systems enter new aircraft
As PR Newswire reported on September 14, 2026, Beyond Aero is integrating TAT Technologies' Universal Cooling System into its ONE hydrogen-electric aircraft design. The aircraft is designed for six passengers and a range of 1,500 kilometers, while the system is intended to manage thermal loads across hydrogen-electric propulsion architectures.
That program adds a development angle to TAT Technologies' established OEM and maintenance, repair and overhaul activities. For investors, the key distinction is between reported earnings and recurring operating performance: the adjusted Q2 figures rose, but the one-time gain materially widened the gap between reported and adjusted EPS.
Stock trades below yearly high
TAT Technologies stock stood 41.86 percent below its 52-week high of USD 64.50 and 18.96 percent above its 52-week low of USD 31.52 on September 24, 2026. Market capitalization was USD 487,428,750 at the same intraday snapshot, putting the current valuation below the recent yearly peak while quarterly revenue growth remained positive.
